After 35+ years of teaching, coaching and investing in real estate: Pat channels his passion, strategy and intricate knowledge into guiding clients through every step of buying, selling, and investing in Spokane.
COACHING + TEACHING MATHEMATICS
For 35 years, I dedicated my life to teaching and coaching. Instilling discipline, strategy, and problem-solving skills in the next generation. I began my teaching career at 22, teaching Algebra and Geometry at Jenkins Middle School in Chewelah, WA, while also coaching middle school football, track, and volleyball. Soon after, I became the head cross country and track coach at Jenkins High School, continuing my passion for both athletics and mathematics.
Before ever purchasing a home for myself (of which I ended up building instead), I invested in my few portfolio properties, and sparked a lifelong passion for real estate and smart investing. In 2012, my wife Alisa and I moved our family of nine children to Spokane, WA, where I joined Mt. Spokane High School as a Geometry and Algebra teacher, head track coach, and assistant cross country coach. In 2014, we led Mt. Spokane’s boys track and field team to their first-ever state championship title.

LIFELONG REAL ESTATE OBSESSION
I originally earned my real estate license to save commission on my own frequent property transactions, but I quickly discovered a genuine love for helping others navigate the buying and selling process. After 6 years of overlap between my practice as an agent and my career in teaching and coaching, I retired from teaching in 2021, and never looked back. I shifted my focus entirely to serving my clients and expanding my investment portfolio, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life to date.
Today, I bring the patience of a teacher, the strategic mindset of a coach, and the expertise of a seasoned investor to every transaction. My mission is to guide my clients with knowledge, care, and an unwavering commitment to their success. The overarching theme of my various pursuits, I have come to realize, has always been my desire to help people achieve the best version of themselves. Through academics, sports, or by means of attaining homeownership and investment properties of their own.
